The project advance will of Huayang Foundation biomass energy was held by Qu Shangying

On April 4 morning, the county secretary, Qu Shangying held the project advance will of Huayang Foundation biomass energy to discuss the matters concerned accelerating the project construction. Zhang Chuanwei (the president of Ming Yang Group), Miao Zhenshui( county party committee secretary resident in Beijing) and county level leaderships of Zhang Yuchi, Cui Zhenjian, Yu Jiqiang, Gu Xingya, Peng Renqun, Su Jinfeng, Li Shimin attended the forum.

At the forum, the project manager of Huayang foundation biomass energy introduced the progress of phase 1 project, the technical advantages of this project, market outlook and economic benefit etc. Peng Renqun, the secretary of the county committee introduced that since the project start, the county committee, the county government, the relevant functional department of villages, towns and agency actively cooperated with the team of Huayang Foundation and provided the service timely. Currently, the project on the castor planting and land leveling proceed smoothly, and the relevant professional technical team are engaged in formulating the specific planning and design scheme. The relevant department principals of county industrial cluster management committee, environmental protection department and electricity department expressed that to provide powerful support for smoothly conducting the project, they will further optimize the enterprise’s construction environment, accelerate the management of related procedures and reinforce supporting infrastructure constructions.

Zhang Chuanwei addressed that the investment and construction of biomass energy project in Gushi so firmly and rapidly, it is because the homely feeling of Ming Yang Group and the wish and determination on deeply taking root in Gushi. The Group will devote to develop green energy and green economy in Gushi, and make contributions to build a more beautiful hometown. Qu Shangying pointed that the new high-tech energy industry of Huayang foundation project was invested and constructed by Zhang Chuanwei who cherished the passion of repaying hometown. After the project put into production, it will has great significance on filling up the “short slab” of our county’s industry, lifting the industrial level, strengthening development potentials and realizing the goal of enriching people and strengthening county.

Qu Shangying stressed that to ensure the smoothly promotion of the project, the headquarter of project construction and related units shall strengthen the communication continuously, actively connection, solve and understand the new situations and new problem in the project construction process, provide good service to enterprise’s development on the construction environment, electricity supporting, environmental evaluation and financial supporting etc. At the same time, hope the project investment part should accelerate the project construction schedule in high standard, strict requirements and scientific scheduling, to ensure the project early put into operation, yield returns and give assistance to the spanning development of economic society in Gushi.
