To ensure the company's long-term stable supply of raw materials for castor oil and high-end chemical materials projects, March 4, 2014, the purchasing department of Huayang Evergreen Investment Ltd. held a working meeting on the construction of the castor supply system, which is presided by Li Jian, the deputy general manager.
To promote the construction of castor supply system, the meeting identified the general principles of Huayang material system, would be in accordance with the "guaranteed supply, to ensure economic operation and strengthen executive power", and would adopt multi-channel stereo system for the supply of raw materials, namely 1) domestic: strengthening the construction of planting base located Eyuwan area, Baicheng area, Xinjiang area and Ningxia area; 2) overseas: promoting the construction of planting base located Romania and Kazakhstan; and 3) to obtain the managerial authority of import and export business, open up the international market of raw materials supply channels. The meeting also made clear not only ensure the supply of raw materials, but establish three-dimensional mode of supply which can't occupy a lot of money for a long time. What is more, to strengthen the executive power, the meeting determined, the specific designated person who's in charge of planting base should formulate practical long-term development planning and propellent project for castor planting base in accordance with the actual situation of each basis. Meanwhile, to practical and efficient propel the construction of the stereo system for raw material supply, a regular reporting mechanism should be established and the person in charge of each base should report regularly to Li Jingjing, general manager and Li Jian, deputy general manager and the general charge of this project.
Castor as agricultural products, its planting has seasonality, but the raw material supply and advance of planting base have not seasonality. all colleagues of Huayang Evergreen purchasing department expressed they would carry forward the "initiative" spirit, go all out, work hard, take concrete actions to promote the development of the company, and work together to build Ming Yang's brilliant career.
