April 2, Huayang Evergreen Investment Ltd. carried out an research activities to Jiangsu Hengshunda Biological Energy Ltd. Accompanied by the deputy general manager Zhang Xuexiang, group strategy total assistant Zhang Chao and related personnel, the team leaded by general manager Li Jingjing received a warmly reception from deputy secretary and deputy director of Development and Reform Commission Xu Junjiong, director of the energy office Sun Jialei in Zhenjiang. Party of Huayang Evergreen made an in-depth exchange with Chairman Chen Hengshun and Deputy General Manager Yan Xiaojian of Hengshunda company, and consulted some problems about the situation of production and sales of Biodiesel in detail .
Hengshunda Biological Energy Company was founded in 2006, is a new energy enterprises specialized in biodiesel production and R&D with an 150,000 ton’s annual output .
After the talks, the process engineer of Hengshunda showed its process production line of the first and second phase biodiesel project to the related personnel of Huayang Evergreen, orderly introduced the raw material storage system, the pre-processing workshop, the alcoholysis workshop, the refining workshop and the DCS control system in detail.
Through the study of this visit, Huayang Evergreen deepen the understanding of the process on biodiesel production, development status, industry bottlenecks and market prospect, and had a clear development direction of biomass energy industry. The study provided a very valuable experience and information for the development of Huayang biomass energy industry.
